Those who have experienced Howard Yu in the past know that he manages to engage a large assembly with his engaging and groundbreaking lectures. Therefore, there is no doubt that Yu will again provide an entertaining and instructive lecture experience out of the ordinary. In this masterclass, Yu talks about management and strategy, which are two topics he has researched intensively. One actually executes on the initiatives. Without execution, the ideas are nowhere to be found, and that is precisely why many companies do not succeed in even their most promising strategies.

International leadership across country cultures

Senior Affiliate Professor INSEAD, Erin Meyer – international capability in cross-cultural differences as well as leading HR expert and business writer.

Meyer has lived and worked in Africa, Europe and the United States, among other things, which has led to a comprehensive study of the differences between country cultures in the world – from a business and management perspective. The study has also led to the publication of the book “Culture Map” which, in light of the increased internationalization – and thus the increased cross-border cooperation – provides an immensely useful insight into understanding these cultural differences and becoming wiser on how to manager handles the differences. This is precisely the focal point of this masterclass, in which Erin Meyer will share his extensive experience in the field and provide a valuable and inspiring insight into how we can understand and improve our collaboration between the countries – for joy, benefit and success for ourselves and the companies we work for.
