At INSEAD experienced and inspiring professors conduct the program. The lecturing at INSEAD is conducted in English.
Module 2 – at INSEAD
Stanislav Shekshnia is Senior Affiliate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise at INSEAD and is the Programme Director of the Executive Board Programme.
His research concentrates on leadership, leadership development and effective governance at emerging markets and organizations.
Stanislav Shekshnia is a senior partner at Ward Howell talent equity advisory, which has offices in Moscow, Paris, St. Petersburg, Kiev, and Alma-Aty. Stanislav provides advice and personal coaching to business owners, senior executives and executive teams.
Dr. Shekshnia is a Chair of board of directors of Russian Fishery and a board member at NLMK and NIS. He has served as a Chair of SUEK, Vimpelcom-R and a board member of a number of Russian and international companies.
In 1991-2002 Stanislav Shekshnia held positions of CEO, Alfa-Telecom, President and CEO, Millicom International Cellular, Russia and CIS, Chief Operating Officer of VimpelCom, Director of Human Resources, Central and Eastern Europe of Otis Elevator.
Professor of Decision Sciences
Enrico Diecidue graduated in Economics from Bocconi University, Italy, in 1996 with a specialization in Mathematical Economics. He then joined the CentER (Center for Economic Research), Tilburg University, The Netherlands, where he received his Ph.D. in 2001.
Since 2001 he has been a resident faculty member at INSEAD, first in Singapore and then in France. In 2008-2009 he has been Visiting Professor at Wharton and in 2010-11 he has taken a sabbatical at the Erasmus School of Economics (The Netherlands). His research focuses on decision making under uncertainty. He is interested in the role of regret, aspiration levels, and time in individual decisions. His current research is also addressing the role of groups in complex decisions.
Massimo Massa teaches international finance, corporate finance, information financial economics and behavioral finance in MBA, PhD and Executive programs. He graduated summa cum laude from the Department of Economics at the LUISS University of Rome, Italy. He has obtained an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a PhD in Financial Economics from Yale University.
