Manuel E. Sosa er Professor of Technology and Operations Management og direktør for the Heinrich and Esther Baumann–Steiner Fund for Creativity and Business på INSEAD. Han har sine universitetsgrader fra Universidad Simón Bolívar (Caracas, Venezuela) og Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), og han leder INSEADs Innovation by Design Programme. Professor Sosas forskningsindsats er anvendt til at forbedre produktudviklings-systemer.
